The Neonates of London

Among the many established and prominent vampires in the city, London like all cities has its freshly made vampires that circulate the city trying to figure out exactly what the immortal life has to offer. While these figures are generally less important and influential in their own right, often Neonates are the pawns in larger kindred games as well as on occasion being the progeny of other more influential vampires. Neonates are typically mysterious in the sense that little is known about them because their is little to know, though like all vampires eventually they become ambitious and get dealt a hand at the big table and becoming players in their own right.

Juliet Parr

A very young, borderline legal lady of clearly British descent, Juliet Parr has become something of an adopted child of London favored by many influential and politically powerful vampires of the city. She arrived in the tale end of the 18th century and though maintains a high profile being part of the social elite, she is most commonly found at the Carlton where she performs as a Jazz singer with a soulful almost grass roots like voice. One might presume her to be Toreador giving her favor for the music arts and extrovert personality but she is actually the progeny of a well known Malkevian known as Gregory of Gloucester.

Rathe Haversham

A Nosferatu often nick named "Top Hat" for the custom made and unusually tall top hat he always wares, Rathe is a street urchin living among the homeless of London of which there are many. In fact its presumed there are a number of Vampires living this way in the city, but Rathe is one of the few that is both known and follows the Camarilla rules. Like is so typical of the Nosferatu, he makes his way through kindred unlife through the capitalist practice of exchanging information for favors.

Violet Mary

Another Nosferatu and recent arrival, very little is known about Violet other than her disfigurement being so atrocious that she appears almost as a living skeleton. She is virtually never seen as a result, tucked away somewhere in the Subway systems below the city. Like many Nosferatu she is likely another pair of eyes and ears for the information machine on which the entire clan survives.

Dhita Choudhair

Clearly of Indian descent, this young neonate was left behind by a Ravnos kindred by the name of Alexander who made London his home in the late part of the 18th century. Clearly freshly embraced, Alexander was in the process of teaching her when he suddenly disappeared. According to Dhita her sire went back to India on business and would return when it was concluded, but several years later Alexander has not returned. Dhita has established herself as a provider of loyal servants, body guards and is rumored to trade in disposable blood bags. She is very discreet and has kept her operation very secretive, making her one of the most well established Neonates in the city, both respected for her services and appreciated for her discretion.

Eric Baring-Gould

Eric arrived in the city in 1881 along with his sire, one Raphael De Corazon, a fairly well known Toreador from Spain who is rumored to represent the Toreador in the Camarilla. Eric is in his mid 20's but carries himself like a proper gentlemen and appears despite his young age to be well versed in kindred dealings. He is very vocal in support of the Camarilla, a proponent of the traditions and a very opinionated vampire about matters of respect of authority and elder rule. He is by all accounts an exemplary neonate, befitting the reputation of his sire as a respected elder. While young, his sire is a very ancient vampire as such its presumed that Eric is of very low generation. Eric is rarely ever seen without his 4 Ghoul body guards who are heavily armed and look like the bruisers they are.

Lorna Dingwall

Formally a Scottish princes, she was set to be executed for treason against the British crown, but was instead embraced by Andrew Campbell, the prince of Bristol as punishment for her crimes instead. For all intense and purposes, she is the property of Andrew Campbell who very publicly made her first years as a vampire a total nightmare filled with torture and emotional abuse. Like all Toreadors however he eventually tired of her and sent her to London where she was left to make her own way. She is a public figure, very recognizable among the mortal population forcing her to live away from public places. She is rarely seen, however she is considerably wealthy, living in secret, albeit in luxury in Central London.
There are likely other even less known vampires living in the city, both legal and illegal. The city of London is quite huge, approaching the point where a single prince and a single Sheriff can no longer manage to rule it. In fact, there is pressure on the prince to clean up the city, as its sheer size and the many nook and crannies of the city make it a prime place for vampires to live who don't want to be found.
