The Ichneumon Isles

The Oadan, the Nevalan, and Savash all have their own way of handling weredragons. For centuries, the unwilling shapeshifters would too often grow to resent humans, and tear apart civilians and villages alike. A group of Nevalans were the first to properly tackle this issue, creating The Order of Ichneumon, soon the namesake of the two isles. The Ichneumon were meant to keep peace between humans and dragons alike, but the Savash took this idea--and a portion of both islands--to create The Red Ichneumon, hunting and killing all dragons deemed "illegal". The three countries struggled to overpower one another, just to find tense peacefires and settlements, the conflicts within history and mystery still threatening another war.   The setting of The Ichneumon Isles is a new take on old mythos, inspired by history, lore and religions originating from various countries in Asia, as well as Mexico and Spain. It is the backdrop of an oncoming book series, "The Dragon Cure," and the creator is open for further uses.
