Tier: 4 Activation: (Out of Turn) Action Ranked: No  Restrictions: Require a Vigilance Rank of at least 2.
When you are the target of an attack, if you have not acted this encounter, you may suffer 3 strain. If you do so, you may take an out-of-turn action before the attack is resolved and then immediately become Staggered for the next round (effectively preventing you from taking an action during your next turn). If your action would prevent the initial attack from occurring (typically from incapacitating the attacking enemy) then the initial attack against you no longer resolves.
