Arcanite Fuel

The Magical Lifeblood of The Industrial Age

Properties

Material Characteristics

A thick viscous liquid that clings greedily to surfaces it touches, arcanite fuel is the distilled version of Arcanite which has been heavily processed and combined with chemical catalysts to reinforce its energy producing capabilities despite being diluted with other chemical agents. In liquid form, arcanite fuel has a brilliant, bright blue glow in a manner similar the arcanite in it's naturally liquid state, however with significantly less intensity than the crystal's natural glow.

Compounds

Combined with processed arcanite, petroleum, and various proprietary chemicals unique to each refining process - the specifics of which are close kept industry secrets.

Origin & Source

A synthetic compound, arcanite fuel is not found in the natural world. While similiar to liquid arcanite in appearance, the use of raw liquid arcanite in most mechanics will cause considerable damage to the mechanics in question and the difference between the two liquids cannot be overstated.

History & Usage

Industrial Use

The primary fuel source of mechanical artifacting and constructs, arcanite fuel powers everything from Ironclads to Kinderstärke zeppelins. As the industrialization of [The Eternal Empire presses on with each year, the demand for arcanite fuel only increases with the need for the compound consistently outstripping the rate the empire is able to produce it.

Distribution

Storage

Stored in long cylindrical containers that have been pressurized to ensure the chemical stability of the compound within, the containers themselves come in various sizes with different consumer and industrial uses in mind.
