Cloaking

While exceptionally rare and cutting edge, some item's allow the user to essentially become invisible to naked eye. While wearing an item with the Cloaking quality, a player or the GM may spend two strain and a maneuver to turn completely invisible for the duration of an encounter. The GM has final say on what the effects of invisibility are, however it should be noted that the effect is not perfect and does still maintain a shimmer that is noticeable at short distances to even those not looking for it. Once identified it is simple enough to follow the bending shimmer of light within medium range, and the invisible person still makes noise and disturbs their environment leaving a physical trail. 
An item with the Cloaking quality can be activated a number of times equal to it's rating before it is no longer able to trigger the cloaking effect. Once depleted, the effect can be usually be recharged by the use of a Medium Arcane Battery, however the GM has final say on what is required to recharge the quality.
