Declan's Departure

With the untimely arrival of Constable Vladik, Declan has seemingly vanished from the village of Tribute. Last seen keeping bar at Urbano's tavern - Declan wasn't seen after the arrival of the Constable. Whether he has fled into the surrounding wilderness remains unknown, but Declan's friends can't help but feel like they haven't seen the last of the young man.
