Garottes consist of strong wire and hardwood handles. This weapon is used from behind a foe, wrapping the wire around their neck to choke them. (Brawn; Damage 3; Critical 2; Range [Engaged]; Suffocation [see Suffocation rules, GENESYS CORE RULEBOOK page 112]).
