Spectacles are a rare thing outside of the academic world of [The Thirteen Kingdoms. While most people make due with less than stellar vision, your character has a sharp eye and gains b on Perception and Vigilance checks where sight is a key component.
Note: The b granted by this ability to Vigilance checks does not typically apply to initiative checks for structured encounters.
