Hand of Glory

Hands of Glory are first and foremost, highly illegal…mostly for their grizzly component…a hand. “Traditional” Hands of Glory use the mummified hand of an Elf, but really the hand of any humanoid will do. (This example to the right uses a Goblin hand). The arm bones are optional.   main benefit of the Hand of Glory is the ability to benefit from an additional magic ring. Characters are generally limited to having a magic ring on each hand. As long as the Hand of Glory is carried on your character’s person, they can benefit from a ring placed on it as well. The hand has two other special abilities, each of which can be used once per Session. • Sunlight: This spell lights up an area as bright as if it were day extending out to Short range from the target. The difference is that this light has the properties of actual sunlight for those creatures vulnerable to it. This spell lasts until the end of the character’s next turn. • All-Seeing: This spell adds GREEN DICE to all skill checks the character makes until the end of their next turn, as their eyes can better see that which is hidden. In addition, the character adds BLUEBLUE to any Perception or Vigilance skill checks for the Encounter.
