Ill-Prepared

An ill-prepared character starts the game with equipment of a lesser quality, either due to poor maintenance, being salvaged from the elements, or simply because they could not afford better items. All starting equipment this character takes during character creations gains a rank in the Inferior quality, and they do not keep any leftover silver after the character creation process.
