Magical Aptitude

While organizations like The Collegiate Arcane look to ensure all magic adepts are properly educated and controlled for their safety and the safety of others, not all with magical potential get the training they need to hone it into a true magical skill. A character choosing this Boon must not have any ranks in a magic skill. The character can use an action to cast simple Utility spells using the Discipline skill instead of a Magic Skill. The effects of this spell should be limited to minor tricks or spells that would be unimpressive if cast from a trained spellcaster. Magical Adepts should always be aware of who is aware of their spellcasting ability (especially if they are human) as unregistered spellcasting is a quick way to gain the attention of The Collegiate Arcane.
