Some attacks hit a target with a power or magical force that forces the target to be physically moved in their environment. When activating the manipulate feature the target can be moved a range band as if they had completed a "move" manuever. Some weapon's are only able to "push" or "pull" a target when activating this quality and the GM has final say in whether the move is possilbe in a specific situation, as well as whether or not the target lands on their new location on their feet on in a prone position.
