Medicine - Installing Automail

Automail is introducted in page 177 of the Genesys Core Book (described as cybernetics) and expanded upon further in the Android setting book.
Installing or removing a cybernetic implant requires a Hard (ddd) Medicine check. Here are suggestions for modifiers and symbols usage.
EXAMPLE OF AN INSTALLING AUTOMAIL CHECK
After being horribly wounded in battle, The Traitor King Marcius needs to replace his mangled arm with an automail prosthetic. He assembles at team of the kingdom's best doctors to graft it to him.
The difficulty starts at Hard (ddd). King Marcius has access to medical installations so the difficulty is not increased.
The roll generates fhht. The graft failed. Marcius won't be benefiting from it and suffers 2 strain. The GM spends one h to have the surgery inflict 1 wound on Marcius. The other h is spent so that the body needs time to recover and the surgery cannot be attempted until a week has passed. Marcius' player spends the t to have their character understand the surgical procedures better for grafting the Automail Arm in the future. From now on, he will reduce the difficulty for installing that type of automail by 1.
