Minor Infamy

This character has achieved some small amount of infamy (in a bad light) and may be occasionally recognized by others for it. You must add b when making Social Checks targeting people who recognize and disapprove of you for the acts that earned your infamy, and may occasionally be refused goods and services from people - or even embolden outright hostility from potential enemies who know the character's reputation and see them in the flesh.
