Staff of Kellos

A Staff of Kellos is a boon for priests who use fire magic. The staff is always alight with a magical flame (though it emits no heat). This magical implement adds +6 to damage for attack spells (instead of the normal +4). As with other staves, a caster may add the first Range effect at no increase in difficulty. In addition, the Fire additional effect can be added for no increase in difficulty.
