The Traitor King, Markius Lesnar

The prince of Kaldaria was popular amongst the common people of the nation when his older brother ascended to the Kaldarian throne. Marcius betrayed his brother and murdered him in their childhood home. Despite this however, the people of Kaldaria rallied around The Traitor King, and refused to turn him over the city's wardens. Marcius' brother is considered by many to be the first causality of the Birthright War, as the Kaldari's refusal to extradite their Prince lead to the bloodiest conflict since the Age of Dragons.
