Biography: Urbano grew up in a village not to far from Tribute and planned to start a new life with his wife, Sophia. They grew up knowing each other and but at the age of 14 her family moved away for a summer and when she came back, she was betrothed to another. Fortunately for Urbano and Sophia, who were still in love, a family feud severed the arranged marriage and Sophia, once 16 was able to marry someone of her choosing. Once married Urbano worked hard to learn tradecraft, brewing, cooking and other entrepreneurial skills and built his tavern in Tribute with his own hands with the help of the locals.
Sophia, became ill while she was pregnant and died before the baby could be delivered. She never lived to see the tavern open. He now runs the tavern, simply called “Sophia’s” on his own and lives with his dog, Adela at his side.
