Pyranis,[pronounced: Pie-Rah-Nis] Goddess of Time, Mother Deity, The Time Keeper. Is a kind and beautiful goddess, fair haired and light hearted. The controller of time itself, Pyranis is loved by the subjects of The Impaled Planet.
Description
A beautiful, pale and fair haired maiden goddess. Often seen wearing a light silken dress of royal colours. Pyrinas is often portrayed in her worshippers paintings as a beautiful white haired maiden, with a sad or bored look to her expression. A being of eternal solitude, protector of time itself.
Personality
Pyrinas has the mental fortitude of a child, she gets excited at the prospect of meeting new people and will immediately try to play with anyone she comes into contact with. She is desperately lonely, and longs for someone to join her in the core of the world, sharing their life as protectors together.
Abilities
She has the ability to manipulate time to her will. She can instantly create or destroy any time dilation devices magical in nature and bestow time altering spells to those she deems worthy.
Activities
Pyrinas is currently trapped within the core of the world, over watching a device created by the all maker himself, a being only the Deities are old enough to remember. Unable to destroy the time keeping device, she is loathe to protect it at all costs, including her life.
Divine Realm
Residing at the core of the world, Pyrinas has domain over Middle Earth. Her domain appears as a large grandfather clock towering over a small forest. In the head of the clock is her room in which the time peace and herself sit waiting... watching.
Possessions
She possesses nort but her mechanical snakes, flotsam and jetsam and the time keeping device.

History
Creation
It is said that Pyrinas was created at the dawn of time itself, that time is a concept that brought forth the creation of herself with it. Neither one existed before the other and neither one can exist without the other. Legends have it, Pyrinas was the first, the mightiest of the Deities, that with the control over time, she created everything, she allowed time to flow, creatures to progress, younger Deities to form. With Time she is the mother to all.
Symbol
Her symbol has changed throughout the ages, however it is always a time peace of sorts.
Worshipers
All denizens of The Impaled Planet acknowledge and give thanks to the Mother Deity, the Time Keeper.
Beliefs
Pyranis believes in the flow of time, that time is a constant and shouldn't be changed or altered, she has the ability to grant any time bending powers she wishes, however refuses to hand out these gifts under the belief that in time it will corrupt its holders and that the flow of time is too precious for any mortal to wield and any other god/goddess would fall victim to the power she holds as Mother Deity.
