Scarlett O' the Five Seas is widely considered to be the most successful pirate in the current day and age, having bagged so many high profile scores that some people don't even believe she is real. Shes even earned a reputation among the Goliaths of Vohirheim (Which is a serious achievement) who refer to her as the "Sea Witch".
Originally from Torina, Torinian authors have taken to publishing stories about her, most of which being entirely untrue. All the romanticising has turned her into a kind of folk hero among Torinians.
