Aarakocra Blooded Human

Whilse Aarokocra were once native to The Eyrie, those unsettling bird-people have almost completely died out, leaving only their trace in the unique ethnic groups of the Eyrie. Many of the once harsh features of birds have left, but those with particularly strong genes may still have wings, or even a beak on their human faces.
Imperial tutors from Miercna have been deployed to try and encourage these people to act more in line with their fully human betters, to stop turning their heads all the way around, and to definitely stop flying. It is a work in progress, but the dwellers in the Eyrie are devout; the empire believes they could be finished with this project within the next few generations.
