Summer Eladrin

Summer Eladrin came from The Feywild's summer court. Unlike other Eladrin, they did not have innate magic, but were fiery tempered fighters and duellists.
Like other Eladrin, they could cause localised weather effects based on their mood. Is it hot in here or is it just the eladrin? It's the eladrin, they got mad and now the room is 40 degrees C.
