The Bandit Queen

An unknown figure in the mountains of the Tre. Appears to run some sort of monarchy.

Seems to have elements of her coterie who use artificial magic. (See: Dag)
As of the Tre declaration of independence, she has declared herself an ally of King Ryd and is now harrying Imperial soldiers from the mountains. Political specialists assume she will break the Minnack mountains and the Cooses from the Tre if given a chance.
