Thule

Thule is the northernmost point in the world. Icy and unwelcoming, very few humanoids can survive more than a matter of days here. The only notable population is that of the Frost Dwarves, who have carved their single city into a mountain for shelter and mine for mithril and other important ores here.
There are rumours that giants roam the tundras, and that ancient white dragons still make their homes here. But the Frost Dwarves has no interest in sharing any information about their homelands with outsiders.
