Tiefling

The cursed children of evil, created by a blood fouled by infernal beings. Tieflings are never spoken of in polite culture. In the rural hamlets of the Haim, children born as Tieflings are immediately taken from their parents by midwives. Children who present infernal features later are either sent away or left in the wilderness.
They represent a stain in the ancestry of the people that birth them.
