Geography

The land starts as scorching deserts, getting more and more burning hot as you travel further poleward. Mountains made of glass appear in a ring close to the pole, where bubbling magma and in the centre: Qidel, a mysterious building that has existed since the planet was young.

Fauna & Flora

• Some plants here exhibit an iron-like skin, strong enough to resist hand tools.
• A few animals here have grown natural solar panels, so as to better absorb the energy from the sun.
• Various lizards, although they tend to live closer to The Ring.
