Requirements

Chosen by the acclaim of all the Xenowarden's arkship captains. They must then undergo a year of trials.

Appointment

Once chosen by the arkship captains, the prospective Greenspeaker is abandoned on a planet untouched by others. If they are able to survive there for the next year without significant harm to the planet's ecosystem, they are deemed competent for the role.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Aside from the usual reasons, significant harm to ecosystems is reasonable grounds for termination.
