Magistrate Vamros Harg Dispenses merchant licenses, stamps mining and lumber claims, and passes judgment from Hollow Tribunal.

Design

A small waiting room with a A map is separated from the rest of the building by a bench, on the other side of which Halia works.

History

1. 24/5/317AG: Valanche, Lugh and Langley came here to inquire about an orc problem the mayor was having. The assistant, Halia Thornton, told them about the job - and offered an additional one. If they could kill the leader of the Redbrands and bring her his hand as proof, she would pay them 100gp.
