Lord Castellant (a.k.a. The Green Dragon)

They came shrieking in the night. Like a blur of shadows, the daemonettes of Slaanesh fell upon the Stormcast outpost from every direction. A shield wall was formed to circle the camp but the howls of their unholy foe echoed across the valley.
Without warning, the attack came at blinding speeds, monstrous claws raking across the shields and armour of the defending warriors. There were hundreds of these deranged creatures, darting back and forth to strike at the small handful of stormcast from every angle.
Yet, despite the shifting shadows that these depraved creatures cast, a light shone through to cut through the enclosing darkness and they soon found that their assault could not penetrate through the shield wall. Like a shining beacon, the Lord Castellant held his lantern high to bathe his battle brothers in a holy light that protected them from the daemon hordes.
"Roar!" he cried out to them, his voice like a clap of thunder. From behind the shield wall leapt the gargantuan paladins, hefting their grandhammers high overhead to slam down upon the followers of slaanesh. The impact of these lit up the valley like a stroke of lightning and for a brief moment, it was like daylight had broken in this darkened valley.
The counterattack had begun.

He has a long flowing black beard which he maintains to a high standard.

He takes his weapon with him everywhere he goes and is one of the few stormcast to wield a halberd. He calls it the Green Dragon Crescent Blade.

A mere farmer in his mortal life, he joined a local militia to fight the encroaching forces of chaos in his lands. His fierceness in battle coupled with his unwavering loyalty promoted him in the ranks until his inevitable death at the hands of the enemy.
His soul was taken and reforged, his loyalty proved a valuable asset to the armies of Sigmar. As a Lord Castellant he crusaded alongside Devon Wyrdsmith and Mortred Magistar before being swallowed up by the Necroquake.
In the untamed lands of the interstice, he leads the steady and powerful march of the holy paladins of Harmonia. By his guidance, he leads them in devastating charges with zealous fury.

In his mortal life he made a vow to his blood brothers to fight together against chaos until their death. He hopes to one day find his brothers again so that they may continue their fight against the chaos that plagues the mortal realms.
