FairHaven Mob

Led by Halven the Minotaur, it is a collective of criminals the work towards various goals, but with differing methods over the years.

In decades past, Halven's predecessor and mentor had started the mob in a hope to secure more power for themselves, they shook the resolve of FairHaven's and Pernrith's people with violence and carnage. When they died, Halven assumed the mantle and continued the escapade for many years until meeting Winslow, and learned of another way to exert their will. The last dozen years or so their influence has grown greatly, but it was not until seeing the effects of the plague that Halven understood what they must do.

It was then that the Mob of FairHaven began to help the people face off against tyranny, not just revel in their own freedom of it.
