Isle of Tanna

Due East of Haven Island resides a shield volcano islet that consists of mostly desert. Aside from the volcano and desert, the island sports a small jungle oasis that sits on top of a rather large cave system. The desert traces the shoreline and the swamps are filled with rich volcanic soil to make this isle a veritable paradise to the untrained eye, but just as beauty lies beyond the surface, so too does this land's danger. 
Unbeknownst to most, lurking below within it's murky surface and sun-kissed shores, a deep cavernous underbelly stirs the scratching of those who are tied to dark, primordial forces. The Tabaxi above have taught other humanoid tribes to use certain elemental forces to, among other things: make skiffs that can hover, allowing for great ease traversing the deserts, at least in past times they had - but whatever magical connection let them do so in the past has become more latent in the last few years. Crops grow with great bounties throughout due to it's rich volcanic soil still however, and so, the Catfolk began to establish many clans that would grow together along the desert, the jungle, and some even nearing the volcano.
