Magehounds
A collection of bandits led by unknown individuals. They employ the use of magical items that have become abundant on Haven Island in the last few decades, advanced tactics, as well as Mastiffs who can innately cast detect magic to help them add to their hoard of items that are carried to an equally unknown location.
Of any that are connected to this organization, the party has only ever heard or came close to encountering one, Jessica Hozrum who seemed to need to report back to someone, but was clearly somewhere near the top of their food chain. She was last seen outside one of The Ruins of Knowledge roughly a year ago.
