A sort of boating school that also teaches about the finer parts of being a sailor in these waters.

Amongst other things, this organization teaches: Navigating and Navigation Tools, Sea Vehicle Training for both Captains and Deckhands (Perception/Persuasion and Athletics/Sleight of Hand, trade and trade routes, and much more!
