Uvir Dragonguard is a nearly max level Abujuration Mage Dwarf with a Dragonmark of Warding who is best friends with Finwrick despite his best intentions. They both grew up in Ebberon and came to Haven Island via a portal that was discovered in Gleamgael some years ago, the very same one that Elric presumes he came from.
