Risen Cult of Bane (Cultists)

More than a century ago, the Risen Cult of Bane was well established in the Moonshaes. They were a feared force in the region and even successfully summoned an aspect of Bane’s son, Xvim. Secretly groomed by Manshoon himself, founder of the Zhentarim, they often battled the Llewyrr, who seemed to be wise to their activities.
Of late though, there are rumblings of strange groups performing rituals under the cover of night across many towns in the Isles. Traces and rough symbols of the Black Hand have both City guards and what ever Perceptors are in the area on edge.
