Urphania
Urphania is the Night Witch, the Hag Queen of Umbra, the Other, the Shadowed One, and any number of other monikers that have been bestowed upon her through the ages. In truth, she is no queen though but an aged night hag of tremendous power.
A calculating and extremely powerful being, Urphania has remained on Gwynneth, despite the efforts of LeShay and Llywerr, since the earliest writing of historians. From her seat of power in Citadel Umbra, the Hag plots the destruction of civilization in the Isles.
