Mr. Delvin
Mr. Delvin is one of the 3 leaders of the Wardens. He is often referred to as the smartest of the three but also the most withheld. He rarely makes appearances outside of doing business. He is said to also be the wealthiest of the while also being the youngest. He is the Don of Salt, owning many Mines across the Crown and a handful of Salt production plants. He often rents out his salt mines to treasure hunters and those looking for wealth below ground. He is the last Don you would ever want to cross, though he doesn't care for torture, locals know it's a fate worse than death if Mr. Delvin has his eyes set on you.
