Mr. Veloz
Mr. Veloz is the oldest of the 3 Dons. He is a very crude and crass old man that takes enjoyment in the suffering of others. He spends most of his time residing in his manor verbally attacking those walking in the streets below his balcony. His clothes are almost always dirty and stained and he usually smells of booze and urine. He is the least respected but rumors say his list of connections spread across the Crown like a web. He is the Don of Kelp, where most of the farms produce alcohol and hallucinogens out of the kelp. His Manor resides in the city of Salt Cliff.
