Estanil

Small burg located on the banks of the River Estan near the Shalhoond forest. The town of Estanil was considered a rarity in Semphar, for the fact that its buildings were made mostly out of wood, a rare resource for most of Semphar. Town is a major center of the lumber industry of Semphar. Which ships lumber as far as Thay and Mulhorand.
Council of Loggers defy the Caliph to get changes for the town.
