Qihar

This small town of 750 population is built on both sides of the Arundi River. Most caravans stop in Qihar after leaving the Quoya Desert as supplies are hard to get till Bright Beacon Springs . The town is spilt between two crime bosses that rule the town on each side of the bridge.
