Klinsburg

Klinsburg is one of the oldest and largest cities in all of the Vastran Kingdom. Serving as the seat of power for House Horvath since before the founding of the Vastran Kingdom, The Stone City is seen as an impregnable fortress that as survived waves of enemy attacks in countless wars. Overtime Klinsburg has grown from fortress from which the ancestors of House Horvath conquered the Hessen Hold, into a vibrant city that hustle and bustles as the premier metropolis in the Vastran Kingdom.

Demographics

Klinsburg is a located in an insular region of the Vastran Kingdom, meaning that there is an overwhelming majority of humans in the city. Amble food supplies coming from both the Meadow Hold as well as the Gunnison Plains meant that the city could become a hot bed of production for raw materials being produced here. The exponential growth of humans in the city has not subsided, but there are small groups of dwarves, genasi, and gnomes here.

Government

The city is ruled by House Horvath, and by extension whoever the lord or lady of the house is. The head of the house is passed down through the family, and their word is absolute law. Though because the lord has absolute rule of the city, there are some key features of the city that stay mostly the same from ruler to ruler. There is an establish judicial system in the city, as well as a force of soldiers that serve as the guards. Most common of all, there is an established system of tax colection in the city that is palced on all trade.
