Daring Cemetery

The cemetery for Daring Heights is, naturally, Graveside, near the southern wall. It is a relatively modest affair, with only a few sections to it to delineate different areas amongst the headstones.   One small walled section of the cemetery is of note - the Adventurers' Graveyard. There are only perhaps a dozen graves here, with a few more small markers for those for whom a body was never recovered. The Adventurers' Graveyard is notable not only for its denizens but for its extra religious protection - the Priesthood of Waukeen were very careful to ensure there was an extra layer of consecration here - mindful that adventurers make the most troubling undead.   Also, standing out from the low graves and headstones, there are a set of monuments along the main path through the cemetery. The first is to commemorate those who died in the Twilight War, two sides to list those from Daring Heights, and another two to list those of their allies - grungs, bullywugs, and even orcs. The following monument is even larger, as it commemorates the fallen from the orcish invasion the following year, mainly from the forces under Commander Cordelia Jadefist. Finally, a brazier kept constantly lit atop a small plinth with names lists those who died during The Lassitude, whose corpses were burned to prevent the spread of the infection.   The graveyard is tended to by a half-orc woman named Kelsey Longhopper, who can usually be seen wandering the yard, shovel in hand. Naturally, Wendy Eldottir is a frequent visitor.
