Evenbloom Hill

A few miles northeast of Daring Heights sits a hill covered on its western face in purple flowers. It's an incredibly striking sight even from miles away, especially in the evening, which is when the flowers open to face the setting sun. The flowers are commonly known as Evenbloom as they remain small purple buds for most of the day, only opening just as the sun begins to set into large fragrant blossoms, turning the hill from merely looking dotted with lavender to being absolutely coated with it like a fresh coat of paint.
As it is visible from even the edges of Daring and the farms around, it has been a core landmark for people as a frame of reference for years. Passing the hill on the road to the south marks the approximate half-way point between Daring and Port Ffirst, and so it is often looked for by travellers.
Approaching the hill reveals that there are more than flowers on this hillside. There are a handful of trees among the flowers, with huge purple flowers hanging from their branches as well. Instead of petalled blossoms, these are much larger drooping pitcher plants. On even closer inspection though, these pitcher blooms have lights coming from inside them, the inside is divided into 2-4 small chambers and there is a hole in the front like a doorway to a tiny home, because this is exactly what it is.
A small group of sprites and pixies live on Evenbloom Hill, residing in the flowers of these trees. Both the trees and the evenblooms are of course native to the Feywild, and this hillside is a small place where the boundary is thin. The faeries love to play games with passersby and visitors, hiding their coins so on, but they will also sometimes show travelers the secret way among the flowers that leads from the Material Plane to the Feywild, making these faeries a must-meet for entrepid adventurers.
