Chevalian Dwarvish

Derived from the Dwarvish language from Dwarf Fortress.

Chevalian Dwarvish is the variety of Dwarvish spoken by those close to Valorith, and those of the Holy Meladan Kingdom. Chevalian Dwarvish is said to originate from the Dwarves and ancient Chevalians forming a lingua franca, which became the official court language of most Chevalian governments.
The Holy Meladan Kingdom and Chevalia both speak Chevalian Dwarvish; named mostly for the script than the people.

Geographical Distribution

The region surrounding Valorith is the origin of Chevalian Dwarvish; spreading across Chevalia. It is spoken mostly in East Chevalia, and is rarer across the Western side.
