Journeyman Runesmith

A Journeyman Runesmith of Runesmith’s Guild is the lowest rank and feature people who have demonstrated the basic care and competencies expected of a early stage runesmith. Generally members of this rank struggle to make competent weapons and would consider a minorly enhanced weapon a great success and something to brag about.
