Utamara, the Voice in the Fire (Oo-tah-marr-ah)

Sages struggling to stay awake late in the libraries of their lords past the midnight bell have sometimes reported hearing a strange, small voice seemingly coming out of nowhere. If they were to look closer at the candle beside them at their desk, they might see the minuscule, petulant face of Utamara, the Voice in the Fire, whispering unnerving and particularly foul thoughts aloud.
Utamara is a daemon that delights in conflagration... especially the incineration of the ties that bind humankind together. They are the ember of violence that quietly glows within every human soul, waiting for the right breath to fan it into an open, deadly flame.
