Guiding Spire:Katapesh Quarters

While not everyone can be a Gaffe, there are many who become fighters for their religion. In this room, there are rows of bunks for a dozen soldiers, benches for meditation, and ossuary left on tables. In each of the beds are the Katapesh; resting quietly with kopesh at their side and shield over their chest. A closer examination shows that they have all died from battle wounds and a few of them have a red discoloration around their eyes, much like Senemarek. They have all been cleaned up at some point before being laid to rest here to mummify. Their weapons have been oiled to prevent tarnishing. Everything here is neatly organized with a lighter dusting than other rooms, like someone was here in the last decade...or century.
