House of Penthru:Burial Chamber
In the center of this room is the Sarcophagus of Penthru the Younger; beautifully painted in bright colors that have not faded much over time. There is some gilding to make the whole sarcophagus shine. The stone is a softer limestone, allowing more details carved and the plaster paint solution to be more permanent. The sarcophagus is sealed with wax. Opening the coffin finds Penthru the Younger, resting peacefully with a golden mask and a jade pendant as visible wealth. The wall opposite to the door is marked with architectural markings and a few gouges have been made into the stone. It appears that there was to be an expansion here before the plague. The adjacent wall is covered in plaster with a painting. It is of a river going towards a field of reeds (instead of the boneyard). On the river is a boat being driven by Ades and on the boat are two men, whom can be seen as Penthru the elder and younger. A perception test can find that there are seams to a false door behind the painting. It can be carefully cut out, but will take time.
