MANPOWER

smallest to biggest:
pair: a driver and navigator 
team: 4 soldiers led by a Sargent
Major team: 2-5 teams led by a lutanist
  unit: a group of soldiers led by a captain. minimum 3 major teams with soldiers in supporting roles. 
area: units that are in the same area led by a deputy chief 
division: all the areas together led by the chief.

AUXILIA

As much as the royal guard works by itself, it relies on the divisions that are around for crowd control (especially the police).

RECRUITMENT

recruitment pool-

• The first option is signing up to become a soldier straight away. This is a three-year contract.

• The second option is people of the profession joining. Doctors, psychiatrists, cooks and other trained personnel join into their respective field. This is a five-year contract.

• the third option is joining the military academy from the age of four-teen to eight-teen and then becoming a soldier. This is a ten-year contract from the end of the academy.

The soldiers are expected to be able to physically cover there protecty. They are expected to be quick, good drivers and good gun users.
