Once leader of the forces of Neverwinter, General Sabine was imprisoned and labelled a traitor by Dagult Neverember. The Lord Protector had become jealous of his power and resentful of the General's honour and volour.

Sabine was rather tall and well-built, even for a soldier. Her dark hair framed a scarred face that seldom, if ever held a smile.[2] She was fittingly described as being "tough-as-nails".

General Sabine and her forces were hired by Neverember when he started his New Neverwinter movement in 1483 DR.
She later proved herself a gifted leader and was appointed General of the Neverwinter forces.
