Devilish plot

The devils continue to impact Cedarwood by brining back dead characters as their puppets and servants in undeath to further their plans.  For example a moderate level paladin oathbreaker who is a member of say the draconic cult, after being slain in battle or by the party may later return as a Narzugon (page 169 mords tome), an undead paladin devil, and continue to spread misery and chaos in an attempt to drive more people into pacts with the devils.
An orthon page 171 is a devil bounty hunter, and will occasionally carry out contracts in return for taking a good challenge. The party may be able to employ one to go after a particularly strong enemy such as a hag coven or a giant.
